What is Rodizio? (“Ro’diziu”) is a popular Brazilian barbecue style of serving, and it’s a unique and delicious gastronomical experience. Waiters bearing hunks of meat on skewers flit from table to table, slicing it to order. Meats (several cuts of beef, pork, chicken and sausages) are simply seasoned, flavorful and expertly grilled to preserve all their natural juices and flavors. These tender cuts are served continuously until all our specialties have been served or until you ask to stop. You can eat as much as you like, for one fixed price (only $20.95 per person or $10.95 per child under twelve, drinks and dessert not included). The Rodizio also includes unlimited visits to our fabulous buffet with a wide variety of salads and a selection of hot dishes such as rice, black beans, fried yucca, breaded bananas, black beans, fried potatoes and farofa (“fa’roofa”, a Brazilian dish made of manioc flour, browned in butter).

For that reason Sal & Brasa also offers the same quality buffet and charcoal grilled barbecue in a streamlined and expedited service. As you arrive, help yourself, weight the food and pay on your way out. Just that simple! With reasonable rate of $6.29 per pound, Sal & Brasa makes it possible to fill up your stomach with fresh and tasty food without emptying your wallet.
